Acceptance of Terms

Products and Services

WestPro Supply, LLC is a distributor of commercial construction materials and cleaning supplies. Orders are fulfilled on a drop-ship basis directly from the manufacturer or supplier. Product availability, specifications, coverage rates, and descriptions are provided for reference and are subject to change without notice.

Quotes, Orders, and Pricing

Quotes are provided for informational purposes and are valid for the period stated on the quote. Prices are subject to change until an order is confirmed. We reserve the right to correct pricing or product errors and to accept or decline any order at our discretion.

Payment

Payments made through our website or electronic invoices are processed securely by Stripe, a third-party payment processor. Invoices are due according to the terms stated on each invoice. Approved Net-30 accounts are subject to our credit terms. We do not store full payment card numbers or banking credentials.

Shipping and Delivery

Orders ship from the manufacturer or supplier designated ship point. Estimated delivery dates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. Freight charges, where applicable, are shown at the time of quoting or invoicing. Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery to the carrier unless otherwise agreed in writing.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WestPro Supply, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website, products, or services.
